There isn’t much info on this but I think they’re talking about the north area on Solaris, which has floor marked cave, looks like cave, but is actually outside for 90% of it. I only had just learned it was outside because of sunset PR
if anyone has replicatable observer buginess please let me know tho, I put a good bit of effort into having living and observer lighting stuff match

According to the sunset/rise MR, caves should not be affected by its lighting changes
What's the difference with what should have happened?
For caves to remain pitch black during the sunset.
