Description of the bug

I order metal as Req from the REQ computer as the lowest level REQ guy. Then when I raise the platform, sometimes a crate for metal doesn't appear. Happened 2 times this round.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

A metal crate should have been ordered

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Be cargo tech.
2. Order metal from the computer. (1 or more)
3. raise platform after some time.
4. Notice you are missing 1 crate of metal.

Someone said you didn't have to approve orders, but when I did approve them, they all went through.

wasn't sure if it was inconsistent.
