Description of the bug

I'm not sure if it works with any other toggle, but whenever I click on "View Research Publications" the research publication shows up but also toggles my HealthMate HUD.
It's not only an issue on my side as another doctor had the exact same thing happen this round.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

It should only show research publications.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1)Equip HealthMate HUD (in my case prescription one)
2) click on the research publications in the top left corner
