Description of the bug

As per the title, marines are able to drag themselves onto evac stretchers after stasis bagging themselves.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Marines should not be able to drag themselves onto evac stretchers while in a stasis bag. Or any kind of bag.

How do we reproduce this bug?

From what I observed as a ghost:

1. Deploy evac stretcher
2. Deploy stasis bag
3. Bag self
4. Drag bagged self onto evac stretcher
5. Be evacuated in a stasis bag without requiring any teamplay whatsoever
