Hearing the CIC backround noise after repsawning as a xeno (not in CIC)
CIC noice should not have continued forever
First, go ghost in CIC with atmospheric noises. Respawn as a xeno. Voila, you get CIC backround noise when somewhere else.

Hearing the CIC backround noise after repsawning as a xeno (not in CIC)
What's the difference with what should have happened?
CIC noice should not have continued forever
How do we reproduce this bug?
First, go ghost in CIC with atmospheric noises. Respawn as a xeno. Voila, you get CIC backround noise when somewhere else.
