Description of the bug
USCM Recruiter survivor can spawn trapped in ops requiring them to shoot their way out wasting a lot of their spawn ammo.
What's the difference with what should have happened?
Probably shouldn't have to spend my entire spawn rifle ammo to get out of spawn.
How do we reproduce this bug?
