Description of the bug

When a living lizard is stunned by the dropship taking off/landing, they remain stunned even after the stun has worn off for other mobs.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

The lizard should probably get up at some point instead of being stunned forever.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Put lizard on Alamo/Normandy
2. Take off
3. Observe lizard
