Description of the bug

If you attempt to join as a Fax Responder, but then cancel the attempt, you will have the lobby 'join' screen be removed thus making it impossible for you to join the server

What's the difference with what should have happened?

If you cancel being a Fax Responder, you should be returned to the lobby properly.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1:) Join as Fax Responder
2:) Cancel
3:) See bug
