Description of the bug

I (as queen) was watching burrower who was in crit, they died and i clicked leader button to see other leaders (while spectating burrower) which i think made dead burrower a leader

What's the difference with what should have happened?

It should have shown me the leaders menu

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. step 1 give leader position to a xeno
2. step 2 observe a dead leader
3. click leader button
