Description of the bug

Can't transfer Riflemen from Squad to Squad when using OW console or Squad Distribution Console.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Should be able to easily swap Riflemen's squads, instead it says "Squad Transfer Aborted. Squad can't have more riflemen."

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Go into OW Console
2. Hit "Transfer Marine"
3. Try transfering a Rifleman to any squad.
4. Profit.

I had this same issue happen to me in round 24652 when trying to transfer a squad marine to the Intel squad, exact same pop up and everything.
