Description of the bug

When using the smartdisk, I've been able to duplicate it multiple times almost without fail after activating it with the Z key. Once it was deployed after doing a couple of beeps, I slashed it with my weapon and then it dropped. deploying 2 smartdisk when defeated. Instead of 1.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

After deploying the smartdisk, when I hit it. It should only drop one smartdisk. Since I only deployed one smartdisk.

How do we reproduce this bug?

Step 1: Take a smartdisk and deploy it
Step 2: Use a melee weapon of any kind and attack the disk until it drop
Step 3: when it drops, it should dubplicate into 2.
