About the pull request
increases wield delay on xm88 stock and its recoil dampaning so that with the stock now you have no recoil but increases wield delay
Explain why it's good for the game
the stock right now is kind of a trap as even with it you still have (almoust the same) recoil and only add wield slowdown. this aims to make the stock for accurate fire with no recoil but long wield delay. this makes xm88 with and without good for diferent situations
