About the pull request

Changes the EOD armours Acid and Energy protection.

Explain why it's good for the game

The EOD armour had it's acid resistance lowered to make it better suit HVH, now that HVH uses different values I see no reason to keep it lowered, additionally I've buffed the Energy levels to match the B12 armour.

did not look into it too much but I suspect that the armor energy is used only stuff like flashbangs, rubber bullets stunbatton, by that I mean no effect in normal gameplay, but I might be wrong

G2 Electroshock Grenades (SEBBs) check for energy armor when doing burn/stamina damage.
