Put discontinuation date on signal doc pages?

For signals that were discontinued (USAFacts, JHU CSSE, etc.): should we add to their documentation the date on which they were discontinued? E.g. in SafeGraph documentation we already put “This dataset is no longer updated after April 19th, 2021.”. This should also be added to the checklist for signal discontinuation.
