Update Cloud Native AI Working Group Charter

Given the accelerated interest in AI in the cloud native ecosystem - and the scope encompassing more than TAG Runtime and TAG Observability - it's time to revisit the AI WG Charter.

The charter needs to be reviewed and updated to include:

Preview Give feedback

1. Update charter to include all TAGs that touch on Cloud Native AI (please include why a TAG is not included, if any)
2. Review and update Working Group leads and representation for TAGs involved, include in WG leadership ladder
3. Review and update AI WG scope per updated TAG charter
4. Review and update deliverables as pertain to TAG charter with a description of how they map back to charter
5. Include TAG Runtime leads and TOC liaisons in the review of the updated WG charter, plus a review invite to greater TOC for review and approval

Can you point to a list of existing TAGs? I

Unconfirmed (to me) if this is the official (all) list:

Thanks @ronaldpetty - the github list (first link) is correct, thanks for pointing out the second list does not have all the TAGs!

@angellk thanks for firing this one up. I think the charter needs an update indeed. One suggestion is to merge the newly defined Mission/vision doc with the charter: https://tag-runtime.cncf.io/wgs/cnaiwg/mission_vision_strategy/
