Short bio: I was born and raised in Guatemala, but currently living in Ghent, Belgium. I'm one of the maintainers of Kairos https://github.com/kairos-io/kairos a SPOS for running kubernetes at the edge. In the last years, I rediscovered my passion for running, which is why I think I should be part of the TAG Runtime 🥁 (working on my dad jokes)

There's already a PR for the changes here #194, but it was reverted here #197 since this issue was missing for the process to be complete. Please let me know if we can re-revert or if I should re-open the original PR.

Sorry for the delay and missing this part of the process originally. @miao0miao and I are the current co-chairs of the Special Purpose OS working group. We had spoken to Mauro at KubeCon US 2024 in SLC asking if he would be interested in joining us as a co-chair. Mauro has been very active in the group and has helped drive discussions and community activities such as panel discussions about SPOS at events.

So this is my +1 to adding Mauro as a co-chair to the group. Thanks for all you've been doing to keep things going.
