Hrobot is used for the Robot Interface (Dedicated Servers at Hetzner). It seems to me thats a good way to install k3, but let me know if you disagree.

maybe i was totally worng and https://github.com/hetznercloud/hcloud-cloud-controller-manager is what is needed.

We are working on deploying customized manifest into k3s cluster. In that case, you can deploy your cloud provider as needed. Refer to #606
