Ideally it indicates how much of the code is using Python 3 features like annotations

Scrapy had a "Python 3 porting" percentage badge scrapy/scrapy#1454 , probably with a tool manually calculating the percentage and generating the .svg, maybe we can find something similar.

A similar badge is [![PyPI](https://img.shields.io/pypi/pyversions/Django.svg)]() PyPI and also we can make custom badges at https://shields.io/
