Cannot connect to Windows Server vm externally.

I am running Cockpit on debian machine with windows server 2019 installed inside a virtual machine.
VM has internet access, i can access it through the cockpit site but i cannot find a way to access it externally.

I purchased additional ip on hetzner so i would set it to this vm without any luck.
I tried setting few rules using iptables

sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_forward=1

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d EXTERNALIP_CENSORED -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.100.2
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 192.168.100.2 -j SNAT --to-source EXTERNALIP_CENSORED

But this didn't fix the issue.
Does anyone have any experience with this how can it be done?
