[FEATURE] Support Kafka queue for event notification (e.g. S3)

I think the only immediate request I would have is maybe consider adding minio event support. I use minio locally and it supports events, just not through sqs.

Currently S3 supports event notifications by SQS. Users may want a different queue system, e.g. they use minio which can publish notification to Kafka. We want to connect to Kafka, for S3 change events, and also enable us to deal with notifications for other sources that go through Kafka in the future.

• Connect to Kafka general: "too enable us to deal with notifications for other sources that go through Kafka in the future."
  This is an important feature. I see it supported by Neo4j, Ontotext GraphDB, Apache ManifoldCF, Hyland Nuxeo. I was wanting it for Hyland Alfresco.
