稍微讲一讲PR和push的规范，方便teamwork：

先说说我加了啥东西。当pull request被merge之后，如果你的PR是以'fix: xxxxx'或'feat: xxxx'命名，则会自动生成log和Release及其版本号（顺带一提版本号归0）。fix是小版本号，也即1.0.0->1.0.1，feat是大版本号，同理
尽可能通过PR提交修改。我发现我给的Collaborators有点多（正常来讲应该不给，然后创建组织的吧），直接push的话在release的时候不会自动生成push的信息。而且用PR的话我大概也能多看一眼有没有啥bug之类的
提交的时候Summary写详细一点。标签+主题+内容的格式最好。例如：‘[bug fixes]经济周期：xxxx修复’，自动生成的log不香吗
