We'd like to be able, as admins, to quickly edit announcement and news from the front page.

That could be done by indexing these blocks on the Django admin panel.

We can take inspiration from here: codalab/codalab-competitions#3149

Todos:

  • Make announcements dynamic
  • Make news dynamic
