For some reasson the version in the Microsoft store is very old 3.184 while the Chrome version is really updated 3.263

It's takes time to release a update on many platforms . So , many developer just don't update extension as frequently on other store than on chrome web store.

yes, Edge listing is almost new. just noticed it has 1,000s of users.
ultimatly we plan to (semi-)automatically sync the version in all stores.

Alternatively, this is what **,*** ImprovedTube Users did already since it is possible in Edge:

hi @chirag127 seems so. i think Microsoft advertised it on march23 2020:

Each browser extension API might have extras beyond the standard.
Chrome doesn't support any sidebars like many browsers always did, which marginalizes extensions into non-permanent state. (=best for 3 seconds usage sessions. Otherwise it is annoying to restart when you click outside once).
(Improvedtube is an exception, since users decide to spend some minutes in the popup each time anyway, x times longer than on the average full page / tab)

    • Each Store might add their own quirk(leaks of time in that we could also make something for all users):
      Edge requires us to delete all these language listings every time.
      (Or Add(/update) another description, icon and previews for each of them. Can't tell it to use the same for all.)

That's a known bugs. it's a bug to a extent that the Same problem mentioned by the sponsorblock website on why edge version of sponsorblock support less languages . You ( I don't know if only you release it )should also release it only in English on Microsoft Store untill microsoft solves this issue .
