Move buttons outside the ... menu if there's enough space

SHORT Table	(Summary)
Problem	Even when most of buttons under the player are removed ones I want to use may be hidden in the overflow menu
Solution	Manual sorting/prioritization of buttons, so ones I use the most are always visible and ones I use rarely are moved to overflow when there's not enough space
Alternatives	Recalculating the space available to move buttons from overflow
Scope	Users of the more right side buttons under the player
Side effects	Probably none
