Problem description.
Whenever I hover over the video timeline at the exact time till video is completed, the chapter gets overlayed by the timestamp. you can see in the above provided screenshot.

Solution

The UI should be modified to look like the provided image of youtube video player.

I can fix this issue by modifing the UI , as I raised the issue I can solve the problem so assign the problem to me
