As an advocacy program manager, I want to see county-level data on the degree of female representation in the area so that I can evaluate which areas need more funding to promote more female candidates. (4)

Definition of Done:

  • A program manager can identify X area is less representative than Y area of females
  • That applies nationwide after clicking on two places

Tasks

  • Manipulate the county executive dataset so that it creates data for representation of females and males by election (rather than a row per candidate running)
  • Create a descriptive representation variable that compares that values to the population as a whole
  • Turn that value into a score
