[admin] Style vote page

Right now the vote page in admin looks like:

It should be nice to have the textarea bigger, and color the buttons with #3c0201 and #f15b8c

The vote template is at ro-help/ro_help/hub/templates/admin/vote_motivation.html.
To see this page you need to have a Pending Request , select it, and from the actions pick Vote

The colors of the buttons should not be the same as it may be confusing which is the main action. Can you please specify the colors of the back button? Thanks

the "yes" button is #f44336 and the "back" button is #f9a825

are these two shades too similar to each other, @alex-muntean ?

The current shades are fine. But the request is to change the colors of the buttonS to #3c0201 and #f15b8c.

This will make the Yes button default color #3c0201 with hover #f15b8c and back button default color #f15b8c with hover #f15b8c.
This color scheme may be confusing for the user.
