refactoring/fixing user administration

Here are the current things that need sorting in that regard.

-track IP addresses by:
--IP address account was created on.
--IP address of last login.
--IP address of PM message sent from.
--IP address of forum post created from.
-reason for banning (a text field)
-more filters for admin member searches
--alphabetical filter
--change number of days new users registered (go upto 30 days)

Also need a user search facility. I am working on these issues currently.
