the UI looks pretty nice and is an worthy Open311 client for 2017 😄
An idea is to shrink the services list, as some endpoints (e.g. Rostock) contain a huge amount of items. Our own client makes use of the keywords and groups fields to build up an hierarchy and guide the user to the right category.
This is a great idea! We are thinking about a "guessing" component that would make category selection completely obsolete. This component would respond to user typing. f.i. when a user types violence and domestic, it would automagically select the category from a mixture of service-description, service-name, keywords and groups.
We had an similar idea, if we could redesign our plattform form scratch, as it's too complicated to citizens to navigate trough the tree, On the other hand, it's also hard to offer the right entries as you need a huge set of keywords in different languages and tones.
How about an first approach to make the UI a tip more convenient and adding an suggestion component later on?
