index street synonyms

Sometimes when people are typing street names, they don't use the "official" street name. For example,
St. Charles vs Saint Charles
OC Haley vs Oretha Castle Haley
MLK Jr Blvd vs Martin Luther King Jr Blvd
4th St vs Fourth St

We should take the official street names and index synonyms that people may type.

There is a join column that will link it to the Master Street list.

Hey @tungly, it looks like I'm not able to download the data from either of those links:

I am able to view the data in the UI and I can query the feature service here but I can only get 1 page of results at a time.
