Not sure what's up with your documentation link but it is currently NSFW...

I don't know if communitymapbuilder.org is still running. In fact it only was a proxy to http://docs.codehaus.org/display/MAP/Home

As codehaus.org stopped it's service you have to use archive.org to see the documentation:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150510174404/http://docs.codehaus.org/display/MAP/Home

(I did a JIRA export of issues, but was not able to export the documentation from confluence.)
