Share full docker compose file and installation guide (please please please)

First of all thank you for still maintaining this fork!

Would it be possible to provide a complete docker compose file and instructions/a installation guide?
I was only able to run the last original version of runalyze thanks to this description:
https://github.com/zonedbit/runalyze-docker-compose
I tried to combine your files with the instructions from zonedbit, but was not able to make it work in the end :'(
