  1. Read about the Phaser Scale Manager ( docs on phaser.io )
  2. Make the game scale to device size ( only 3-4 lines of code )
  3. Make sure you add the code in 'init : function()' only.

As sson as you start playing game, the game starts in fullscreen. I have also set the phaser scale value.
