Editor: Support for center and right align blockquote, lists, youtube, images.

Context

This is a story of master feature #197
The editor is in components/editor

Expected Behavior

As a user I can format various elements in my post such as text, lists and images, so the style of my post can be consistent and I have control over the layout.

Current Behavior

Currently only text and headings is working OOTB for our editor. Other elements such as lists and youtube are lacking.

Steps to reproduce

Please provide detailed steps for reproducing the issue

1. go to alpha/create/new
2. add various items and format text etc
3. try to center and right align them.
