My discrete graphics card is dying in my MacBook Pro and causes a kernel panic whenever I use it, so I I'm using gfxCardStatus to only use the integrated card. But the setting seems to randomly shift to Dynamic whenever I put a lot of stress on the graphics card and then I get the aforementioned kernel panic. It also sometimes reverts to Dynamic when I restart the computer, so I'll sometimes get a crash from that.
So I don't know if I'm missing a setting or this is a bug. Thanks, gfxCardStatus has totally extended the life of my computer!

gfxCardStatus setting the mode to Dynamic as soon as it launches, which is intentional. Add a preference to start in Integrated Only mode #150 is tracking adding a preference to launch in a particular mode instead of unconditionally setting the mode to Dynamic.
