Uninstall instructions in ReadMe #362

It would be nice to update the ReadMe with an official uninstall instruction on how to completely remove the app from the system.
After moving the app to Bin, there are few associated files left in Library - I think they all should be listed in ReadMe.

There is similar Issue #27, but still - I believe this type of information should be provided in the main ReadMe file to make the app usage experience more user-friendly.
