The naming of flags here is a bit inconsistent. Some are separated by -, while other are separated by _.
I'd be happy to make a PR if you have a preferred format:)

Caught me off guard with snapshots diff --bazel_cache_grpc_insecure vs snapshots tag --bazel-cache-grpc-insecure.
