Lightning Whitepaper release date is wrong #21

The paper was first released in Feb 2015. It was presented on Feb 23 at SF Bitdevs and then paper version 0.5 was dated as of Feb 28.

This is a widespread mistake and every year I see people celebrating on Jan 14, which is the date of an updated version of the whitepaper.
