A new website

I'm starting a new project to make a new website for Colab with general information and links to documentation, discussion and other content in development. The purpose is to have an updated version of 'what is' Colab and give better access to the project.

This will involve:

• Creating descriptions/content
• Laying out content
• Making decisions on identity/visuals
• Building/coding the webpages
• Configurations to hosting

I will use this thread to update on the progress of the website's project and ask for feedback.

I started playing with the layout for the website mostly to help with Defining the initial structure / content for Colab and here is a screen shot:

I'm using Penpot as it's one of the most popular collaborative tools for designing interfaces and completely open source. I'm not yet looking for feedback but what I'm trying visually here, besides making it as clear and interesting as possible, is to not have a too defined identity (or spend too much capacity on it at this stage) so to give more relevance to the content.

I started working on the website

Here's what I've done:

• Had a session with @uxte and added tasks to the issue (Make website: colab.at website#2).
• I started researching which files should the website have and started planing the structure of it.
• Did a demo with @uxte.
• Started working on that horizontal scroling part (yellow and white cards).

Next:

• I will finish the horizontal scroling part.
