Hi everyone,

I have a question about performing trajectory analysis on a dataset with a limited number of transcripts. I’m currently working with Xenium data (10x Genomics), which contains only 300 genes. However, most of the studies I’ve found on the internet performed trajectory analysis on larger transcriptomics datasets. So, my question is, is this sufficient for performing trajectory analysis using these limited number of genes?
