Results of tricolor and straglr are in
tricolor-analysis/
straglr-analysis/
respectively with both tomato and human for straglr and only human for tricolor (5:55 UTC tomato still running REFER)

results for STRdust are limited to small files, large ones get killed (?bug)
we couldrun partial datasets for comparison
