Downloads on plone.org have 0KB

i've found several releases on plone.org that have broken downloads

eg.
http://plone.org/products/docfindertab/releases/1.0.5
http://plone.org/products/collective.viewlet.links/releases/0.2rc1
http://plone.org/products/jarn.mkrelease/releases/3.5 and before

seems to be a problem for releases before a certain date.
http://plone.org/products/jarn.mkrelease/releases/3.6 (released 2012-07-11) is ok
probably some blobstorage-migration issue?

somewhere i've read that they plan to remove psc from plone.org in the future, can't find the link yet.
any plans/changes to fix this on plone.org in the meantime?
who should we talk to for fixing this?
