I wrapped Granted with an Alfred Workflow! ✨ Saves me ton of time 🙌🏻

I've been using this workflow for a year! I cannot live without it now.
Basically:

1. Select an AWS Profile
2. Select an AWS Service
3. Let granted do its magic

You can also:

• Use ⌘ to open to Console without selecting a service.
• Use ⎇ to open to a specific region (By default granted uses Profile's region).

Currently, the list of AWS Services and Regions are fairly static. Unfortunately granted cli has no way to dump the list of available AWS Services for the -s flag, otherwise, these could have been generated on the fly. That said, using a static file also makes it much faster to load too.
