It can probably be built using the name and the code, see https://github.com/alemela/wiki-needs-pictures/blob/master/js/codes.js

Ideally we should show the equivalent article in the user's language, if it exists.

List: Show article name and article excerpt (there seems to be different approaches: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2560264/fetch-excerpt-from-wikipedia-article)
Detail: Show full mobile article in a webview
