Prerequisite: the TEM simulator is wrapped with CTF and noise, using the container TEM simulator.

Scope: generate 1k particles of the following datasets to be made available on ioSPI.

  1. ribosome (~2 Angstrom): PDB 7k00
  2. spliceosome (~4A): PDB: 5nrl
  3. Gaba B (~3-4A): PDB 7eb2

The capstone students did not get to it. Now that they are wrapped up (report midnight Friday), I'll do it.

I've have set up a custom python environment and remote jupyter notebook on the sockeye clsuter at UBC to run things.

Let me generate some results on 1. next week.

How does that sound?
