Login Page and Splash page

We need a design (.psd is fine) of a login page, and splash page.

They could be separate or one could link to the other.

Splash page:

I picture text in the center of the page, with a brief description of the app. Below this, 3 boxes with images to demonstrate "segmenting", "tagging" and "commenting".

Since we don't have UI styles for any of these elements yet, I think it would probably be best to just design a little mock of them in photoshop with a mouse icon.

I am picturing a lightbox showing a larger image when clicked, we can potentially replace these with small screen videos at a later time.

Login Page:

Same idea as above, but simple login/signup buttons in the center of the page.

I think the background could be that grey speckle texture, and the boxes with the clean borders (similar to previous mockups).

I think the splash page could link to the login page at the top right or something, and we can do this with a refresh or without. For now it might be easier to make them two separate pages, sort of like simplenote.
