I am giving it a try right now but it seems to be running for 9 mins so far. It's using internet a lot which i assume it's pulling some packages but output says it's analyzing so not sure what to make of it. I just cancelled I am not sure if it was gonna succeed.

I tired to run:

conda pip install eng_to_ipa faster-whisper whisper-timestamped

Had pytorch and some libs installed i guess it couldn't analyse the environment very well.
