Ammending CLAs signed for organizations

Hi my organization had signed the CLA for me to make contributions a while ago but wanted to ammend the signed CLA to update the email for the point of contact.

Looking at the PR where the new CLA that allowed for organizations to sign was added, it was mentioned that signed CLAs were ammendable to add additional users but I don't see any way to actually ammend the CLA or any emails to contact to do so
