Describe the issue
cp-ansible expects Kraft controllers to have 7GB of RAM while Confluent system requirements suggest 4GB
https://docs.confluent.io/platform/current/installation/system-requirements.html#on-premises

To Reproduce
Create a VM with 4GB, and run cp-ansible

Expected behaviour
cp-ansible requirements should be aligned with the publicly advertised Confluent's system requirements

Inventory File

### Variable to define the minimum amount of memory in MB required to run kafka controller. Calculated as default heap size plus 1GB for OS.
