Bug Description

The published NPM package @consid-germany/gates does not have a README file. The current README file is empty.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@consid-germany/gates
  2. See error "This package does not have a README. Add a README to your package so that users know how to get started."

Expected Behavior

The package should contain a README file with information about how to work with the package/AWS CDK construct.
